Your 4.8 Turbo S runs on the SIEMENS VDOSDI4 ECU (Siemens/Continental SDI (Porsche DFI: 997.2/987.2 SDI3, Cayenne 957 SDI4, Panamera/Cayenne 958 SDI6/7/8, 981 SDI9) family). We read out the original software, back it up and adapt the maps individually. No off-the-shelf file.
On turbo petrol engines the focus is boost, ignition timing, mixture and torque limiters, for more power and torque across the rev range.
The original stock software can be restored at any time.
