The software modifications we offer are designed exclusively for use in vehicles intended for motorsport and not for use on public roads.
Voiding of Operating Permit and Liability
By modifying the engine software, the vehicle's general operating permit (ABE) is voided. The vehicle no longer complies with the regulations of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). Use on public roads is therefore illegal. The customer acts at their own risk.
Insurance Coverage
The installation and use of the modified software may lead to a loss of insurance coverage. It is the customer's responsibility to clarify any changes with their insurance company.
Warranty and Guarantee
Software optimization may void warranty and guarantee claims against the vehicle manufacturer and/or seller.
