Right of Withdrawal for Goods (e.g., Hardware)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Leo Efimow, Stauferweg 1B, 91555 Feuchtwangen, Germany, Email: leo@efimow.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by post or email) of your decision.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., tuning software files), the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun with the performance of the contract after you have:

1. expressly consented to us beginning with the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. acknowledged your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract.

By downloading the tuning file in the customer portal, you agree to this provision and waive your right of withdrawal for this digital content.
