You have the option to create a user account on our website to place and manage orders. As part of the registration and during orders, we collect the following data: Name, email address, password (encrypted), Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and address data. This data is used for contract processing, provision of the tuning files, and communication with you. The processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data is stored in the Firebase Firestore database, a service provided by Google.
For the processing of payments, we use the service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. When you place a paid order, your payment data (e.g., credit card number) is transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not store your full payment data on our servers. Stripe processes your data to carry out the payment. For more information, please see Stripe's privacy policy.
This site uses Google services such as Google Maps for address suggestions and Google reCAPTCHA for form security. The fonts used (Google Fonts) are loaded locally from the server during the build process for privacy reasons, so no data is sent to Google for this purpose. When using Maps and reCAPTCHA, your IP address may be transmitted to Google and stored in the USA. We have no influence on this data transfer.
