Your 2.7 EcoBoost runs on the BOSCH MG1CS018 ECU (Bosch MG1 (MG1CS/CP/US/UA – VAG EA888 Gen3B/4, Ford EcoBoost Gen2, BMW B38/B48/B58, Porsche, Chinesische Hersteller) family). We read out the original software, back it up and adapt the maps individually. No off-the-shelf file.
On turbo petrol engines the focus is boost, ignition timing, mixture and torque limiters, for more power and torque across the rev range.
The original stock software can be restored at any time.
