Your 1.9 8v SDI runs on the BOSCH EDC15V ECU (Bosch EDC15 VAG (EDC15V Verteilerpumpe, EDC15P+ Pumpe-Düse, EDC15VM+ V6 TDI) family). We read out the original software, back it up and adapt the maps individually. No off-the-shelf file.
On diesels we mainly optimise injection quantity, rail pressure and boost as well as the torque and smoke limiters, for clearly stronger pull from low revs.
The original stock software can be restored at any time.
