Your 2.0 16v TDI runs on the BOSCH EDC17CP74 ECU (Bosch EDC17 (VAG TDI: C46/C64/CP14/CP20/CP04/CP44/CP54/C54/C74/CP74/U01) family). We read out the original software, back it up and adapt the maps individually. No off-the-shelf file.
On diesels we mainly optimise injection quantity, rail pressure and boost as well as the torque and smoke limiters, for clearly stronger pull from low revs.
The original stock software can be restored at any time.
