Your 3.6 V6 24v FSI R36 runs on the BOSCH MED9.1.1 ECU (Bosch MED9.x/ME9.x VAG FSI/TFSI (MED9.1 EA113 2.0 TFSI, MED9.1.1 V6/V8 FSI, MED9.1.5 2.5 TFSI/RS3, MED9.5/9.5.10 1.6/2.0 FSI & 1.4 TSI, MED7.5.11 1.6 FSI) family). We read out the original software, back it up and adapt the maps individually. No off-the-shelf file.
Naturally aspirated engines gain less power by nature. We optimise ignition timing, mixture and the throttle map; what you notice most is sharper response.
The original stock software can be restored at any time.
