How much power does tuning add to the Opel Vita (C) 1.7 16V DTI 65 PS?

For this ECU family the typical Stage 1 gain is +10–20 % (guide value, stock: 65 PS). We don't promise a fixed figure; the result depends on engine condition, fuel and original software.

How much does tuning the Opel Vita (C) 1.7 16V DTI 65 PS cost?

Stage 1 costs €200, Stage 2 €250. Fixed price including individual calibration, whether on site in Stödtlen or by sending in the ECU.

Do I have to come to you?

No. You can bring the car to us in Stödtlen (you choose the preferred date when ordering) or send in the removed ECU. The price is the same.

Do I need extra hardware?

Not for Stage 1, which is a pure software optimisation. Stage 2 requires modified hardware (upgraded intercooler and/or downpipe with sport cat).

When ordering: one fixed price, no deposit, no second payment.

Can I go back to stock?

Yes, the original stock software can be restored at any time. Restoring it does not, however, undo the legal effect of having used the vehicle on public roads in the meantime.

Can I use it on public roads?

No. The software change voids the type approval; the software is intended for motorsport use only.

What the tune does for your Opel Vita (C)

Your 1.7 16V DTI runs on the DELPHI DTI17 ECU (Delphi/Lucas Verteilerpumpen-Diesel (MPC/DPC: Ford 1.8 TDDi/TDCi, PSA 1.4 HDi; DTI17: Opel 1.7 DTI Isuzu) family). We read out the original software, back it up and adapt the maps individually. No off-the-shelf file.

On diesels we mainly optimise injection quantity, rail pressure and boost as well as the torque and smoke limiters, for clearly stronger pull from low revs.

The original stock software can be restored at any time.
