How to take the ECU out of your motorcycle and pack it safely for shipping to us.
Remove the seat
Disconnect the battery
Negative terminal first.
Take out the ECU
It sits in a rubber holder – pull it upwards together with the holder.
Unplug the connector
Press the button at the bottom of the connector and pull the connector off – do not pull on the wires.
Pack it waterproof
Put the ECU into a waterproof bag (e.g. a zip-lock bag) and squeeze most of the air out. Pack it with enough soft padding into a small shipping box and add a note with your order number.
Take a photo
Best take a picture of the contents before you close the box.
Ship it insured
Send it insured to our address, then let us know the tracking number.

Paying in cash: put the cash in a sealed envelope with your order number.
When it comes back
Refit in reverse order: plug in the connector until it clicks, put the ECU back in its rubber holder, reconnect the battery (positive terminal first), refit the seat.
