How much power does Stage 1 add on the Bosch MED17.5?

Typically 20–35% (TSI/TFSI), 3–8% (MPI-Sauger ME17.5.2x, MED17.1.11 GT3) more power. The exact figure depends on engine and software version.

How much does tuning the Bosch MED17.5 cost?

Stage 1 costs €250, Stage 2 €325. The price depends on power, model year and whether the ECU has to be opened.

Does the ECU have to be removed?

For most vehicles no, we write it through the OBD port. Only some variants need the unit opened (bench/boot).

Can I send in just the ECU?

Yes. Visit us on site or send the removed ECU by post; the calibration is the same.

Which extra options are available?

Bookable online: Stage 1+, Sharp Throttle, VMAX OFF, DTC Off, Hardcut Limiter. We check further options on request.

Can I go back to stock?

Yes. We back up the original software before tuning and can flash it back at any time.
