How much power does Stage 1 add on the Bosch EDC16+?

Typically 20–30% more power. The exact figure depends on engine and software version.

How much does tuning the Bosch EDC16+ cost?

Stage 1 costs €200–€250, Stage 2 €250–€300. The price depends on power, model year and whether the ECU has to be opened.

Does the ECU have to be removed?

Usually yes: the ECU is removed and read and written with the unit opened (bench/boot). That is included in the price.

Can I send in just the ECU?

Yes. Visit us on site or send the removed ECU by post; the calibration is the same.

Which extra options are available?

Bookable online: Stage 1+, ECO Tuning, Sharp Throttle, VMAX OFF, DTC Off, Stage 2+. We check further options on request.

Can I go back to stock?

Yes. We back up the original software before tuning and can flash it back at any time.
